Cornilleau product guarantees
Cornilleau guarantees its tables against any manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years. This warranty is extended to 10 years for the tops of outdoor tables, which also benefit from a 10-year warranty on all their components, with the exception of wear parts (wheels, net, and net posts). All our tables comply with the European safety standard EN 14468.

10-YEAR WARRANTY - OUTDOOR TABLES SINCE 2016
This warranty begins on the day of purchase. It is valid for the 100X, 200X, 300X, 400X, 500X, 600X, 700X, Pro 510, and Park models, and applies to all components, with the exception of wear parts (wheels, net, and net posts). We guarantee our outdoor panels against any deformation, delamination, or fading of the white lines.
10-YEAR WARRANTY - OUTDOOR PANELS FOR MODELS PRIOR TO 2016 (including current discontinued lines)
This warranty begins on the day of purchase. We guarantee our outdoor panels against any deformation, delamination, or fading of the white lines.
3-YEAR WARRANTY
From the date of purchase for indoor or outdoor table tennis tables.
The warranty is limited to the replacement of parts recognized as defective by our services and does not apply to damage caused by:
- - Normal wear and tear of parts
- - Assembly not in accordance with the instructions provided with each table
- - Failure to comply with the use and safety instructions located under the tabletop and in the manual
- - Lack of maintenance
- - Use of aggressive products for maintenance
- - Wind causing the table to fall when in the storage position
- - Solo practice or flipping into the playing position
- - More generally, any cause unrelated to the table's quality (impacts, falls)
HYPHEN OUTDOOR BILLIARD WARRANTY
WARRANTY CONDITIONS - OUTDOOR BILLIARD

- - The metal frame against corrosion.
- - The composite slate and metal frame against any deformation.
- - The cloth on the bed and cushions against any peeling or damage related to mis-cues.
- - The rot-proof quality of the cloth on the bed and cushions.
The warranty is limited to the replacement of parts recognized as defective by our services and does not apply to damage caused by:
- - Normal wear and tear of parts.
- - Assembly not in accordance with the manual provided with each table.
- - Failure to comply with the use and safety instructions found in the manual.
- - Lack of maintenance.

TRAMPOLINE WARRANTY

This 5-year warranty begins on the day of purchase of your trampoline.
We guarantee for 5 years:
- - The metal frame against any deformation (frame tubes, T-tube connectors, W-legs, leg extensions, and safety enclosure poles).
- - The jumping mat (including tensioners for the Springcare version).
We guarantee for 3 years:
The metal structure against corrosion.
We guarantee for 2 years:
- - The safety net.
- - The safety pads.
- - Accessories (anchor kits, protective cover).
The warranty is limited to the replacement of parts recognized as defective by our services and does not apply to damage caused by:
- - Normal wear and tear of parts.
- - Assembly not in accordance with the manual provided with each trampoline.
- - Failure to comply with the use and safety instructions found in the manual.
- - Lack of maintenance.
- - Use of aggressive products for maintenance.

- - Damage resulting from a cause unrelated to the quality of the trampoline (e.g., falling objects, accident, impact, lightning, strong winds, etc.).
PLAY-STYLE OUTDOOR FOOSBALL WARRANTY
WARRANTY CONDITIONS – PLAY-STYLE OUTDOOR FOOSBALL
All our Play-style OUTDOOR foosball tables are guaranteed for 5 YEARS from the date of purchase by the end consumer. This applies to all parts on the foosball table, with the exception of the playing mat, which is guaranteed for 3 years against any deformation.
