Cornilleau is the story of a legacy: the passion for a job well done.
In the beginning, back in 1946, at the current location of the company's premises in Bonneuil-les-Eaux, there was only a family carpentry workshop run by Emile Cornilleau.
In 1969, the artisanal carpentry shop transformed into an industrial company, following an order for 300 ping-pong tables from the BHV department store in Paris. This marked the beginning of the Cornilleau saga in table tennis.
The initial boldness shown by Emile and his son Pierre has continued ever since, as Cornilleau makes it a point of honor to be a pioneer in its field. Innovation is at the heart of the company, and the first outdoor ping-pong tables and rackets were launched a few years later.
Today, Cornilleau continues to grow and has expanded to a second production site, specialized in steel manufacturing, located about ten kilometers from the company's historic location.
Cornilleau certified as a Great Place to Work
First certified in November 2022, Cornilleau has seen its Great Place To Work® certification renewed by the eponymous organization for an additional year. This label, issued by a major authority, evaluates the employee experience based on 5 core themes: values, leadership, trust, inclusion, and innovation.
This certification rewards a strong, positive, and sustainable corporate culture that has characterized our company since its creation in 1946.
